Creating Avatars with DoppelMe and Photoshop

I needed to find a quick way to make avatars because of the short amount of time I have to complete each eLearning course.  Creating my own would take more time than I have to spare, so I searched for free online avatar creators.  I found one that fit the look of the characters I wanted for my course.

www.doppelme.com

You can sign up for an account and create your own Avatars - completely free.

I created a few from the site, then used Adobe Photoshop to tweak the characters to fit the training course.  You can create as many as you'd like and use the avatar for anything you'd like - I love it!

Here are my characters:

The employee - I used Photoshop to create his clothing.  He was originally in t-shirt and pants, but now he is wearing safety coveralls in the color of the Company for which he is employeed.

The manager - I changed the color of his shirt and pants from the original image to match the colors of the Company.

The government agency inspector - I added a small name badge to the right side of his suit jacket.

The receptionist - The original avatar I created from doppelme.com
